1. Each State Party shall adopt such measures as may be necessary to establish its jurisdiction over the offences established in accordance with this Convention when:
1- تعتمد كل دولة طرف ما قد يلزم من تدابير لتأكيد سريان ولايتها القضائية على الجرائم المحددة بمقتضى هذه الاتفاقية في الحالات التالية:

1. Each State Party shall take legislative measures to establish its jurisdiction over the offences mentioned in article 4 of the present Protocol in accordance with article 9 of the Convention.
١- على كل دولة طرف أن تتخذ تدابير تشريعية لتأكيد سريان ولايتها القضائية على الجرائم المذكورة في المادة ٤ من هذا البروتوكول، وفقا للمادة ٩ من الاتفاقية.

The State party should consider establishing its jurisdiction over the offences referred to in article 4 of the Convention in all cases listed in article 5 of the Convention, including when the victim is a national of the State party.
ينبغي للدولة الطرف النظر في ممارسة اختصاصها القضائي بصدد الجرائم المشار إليها في المادة 4 من الاتفاقية في كافة الحالات المذكورة في المادة 5 من الاتفاقية، بما في ذلك عندما يكون الضحية من مواطني الدولة الطرف.
