By the same resolution, the General Assembly requested the Committee on Contributions, in accordance with its mandate and the rules of procedure of the General Assembly, to review the elements of the methodology of the scale of assessments in order to reflect the capacity of Member States to pay, and to report thereon to the Assembly by the main part of its sixty-third session.
وفي القرار نفسه، طلبت الجمعية العامة إلى لجنة الاشتراكات أن تستعرض، وفقا لولايتها وللنظام الداخلي للجمعية العامة، عناصر منهجية إعداد جدول الأنصبة المقررة لكي تعكس قدرة الدول الأعضاء على الدفع، وأن تقدم تقريرا عن ذلك إلى الجمعية في الجزء الرئيسي من دورتها الثالثة والستين.

8. In the light of that decision, the Committee on Contributions, in accordance with its mandate and the rules of procedure of the General Assembly, made recommendations and reported thereon to the Assembly at the main part of its sixty-fifth session.
8 - وفي ضوء هذا القرار قامت لجنة الاشتراكات وفقا لولايتها وللنظام الداخلي للجمعية العامة، بتقديم توصيات إلى الجمعية العامة في الجزء الرئيسي من دورتها الخامسة والستين، وقدمت تقريرا عن ذلك.

The Assembly had requested the Committee, in accordance with its mandate and the rules of procedure of the Assembly, to review and make recommendations on the elements of the methodology of the scale of assessments in order to reflect the capacity of Member States to pay, and to report thereon to the Assembly by the main part of its seventieth session.

In addition, the Committee noted that, in its resolution 58/1 B, the General Assembly requested it, in accordance with its mandate and the rules of procedure of the General Assembly, to continue to review the methodology of future scales of assessments based on the principle that the expenses of the Organization shall be apportioned broadly according to capacity to pay.
وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، لاحظت اللجنة أن الجمعية العامة طلبت إليها، في قرارها 58/1 باء، أن تواصل، وفقا لولايتها وللنظام الداخلي للجمعية العامة، استعراض منهجية جداول الأنصبة المقررة المقبلة استنادا إلى المبدأ الذي يقضي بأن تقسّم نفقات المنظمة على نحو يتناسب عامة مع القدرة على الدفع.

7 - وأشارت لجنة الاشتراكات أيضا إلى أنها كانت قد أجرت خلال دورتها السابقة استعراضا للمنهجية المتبعة في إعداد جدول الأنصبة المقررة وفقا لولايتها وللنظام الداخلي للجمعية العامة، وكانت قد قدّمت توصيات على ضوء هذا الاستعراض وقدّمت تقريرا عن ذلك إلى الجمعية في الجزء الرئيسي من دورتها الثامنة والستين.
