26. If a Party concerned by a decision of the Committee disagrees with the decision and the Committee decides not to reconsider it in accordance with paragraph 25 above or the Committee maintains its conclusions upon reconsideration of the decision, the matter may be submitted by the Party to the Conference of the Parties for consideration at its next ordinary meeting.
26 - في حالة عدم موافقة الطرف المعني بقرار اللجنة، على القرار، وتقرر اللجنة عدم إعادة النظر فيه وفقاً للفقرة 23 أعلاه أو تبقي اللجنة على النتائج التي توصلت إليها بعد إعادة النظر في القرار، يجوز للطرف أن يعرض المسألة على مؤتمر الأطراف للنظر خلال اجتماعه العادي التالي.

19- يطلب إلى المدير التنفيذي لبرنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة أن يطلب إلى مكتب خدمات الرقابة الداخلية إجراء مراجعة للتنسيق والتعاون بين اتفاقيات بازل وروتردام واستكهولم، وأن يقدم تقرير المراجعة المذكور إلى مؤتمر الأطراف كي ينظر فيه في اجتماعه العادي التالي.

5. Decides that the agenda for its next ordinary meeting shall include further consideration of a draft decision to amend Annex III to the Rotterdam Convention to include the following chemical: Endosulfan
5 - يقرر أن يشمل جدول أعمال الاجتماع العادي القادم مزيداً لمواصلة النظر في مشروع مقرر لتعديل المرفق الثالث لاتفاقية روتردام بحيث يتضمن المادة الكيميائية التالية:

1. Decides that each of the following Parties shall designate an expert to serve on the Chemical Review Committee for a period of four years commencing on 1 October 2009 pending the formal confirmation of the experts by the Conference of the Parties at its next ordinary meeting:
