(أ) أن يُزيل في مخزوناته العملياتية الذخائر العنقودية المشمولة بولايته والخاضعة لسيطرته التي لم تعد مخصصة للاستخدام، وأن يفصلها عن الذخائر الأخرى، ويضع علامات لتحديدها ويؤمّنها وفق الإجراءات الوطنية؛

(a) Remove cluster munitions no longer intended for use under its jurisdiction and control from its operational stocks, separate them from other munitions, and in accordance with national procedures mark and safely secure them;
(أ) أن يُزيل من مخزوناته العملياتية الذخائر العنقودية المشمولة بولايته والخاضعة لسيطرته التي لم تعد مخصصة للاستخدام، وأن يفصلها عن الذخائر الأخرى، ويضع علامات لتحديدها ويؤمّنها وفق الإجراءات الوطنية؛

(a) remove all cluster munitions prohibited by this Protocol, as well as those no longer intended for use, that are under its jurisdiction and control from its operational stocks, separate them from munitions retained for operational use, and in accordance with national procedures mark and safely secure them:
(أ) يزيل من مخزوناته العملياتية جميع الذخائر العنقودية المحظورة بموجب هذا البروتوكول، فضلا عن تلك التي لا ينوي استعمالها، المشمولة بولايته أو الخاضعة لسيطرته، ويفصلها عن الذخائر المحتفظ بها للاستعمال العملياتي، ويضع علامات لتحديدها ويؤمّنها على نحو سليم وفق الإجراءات الوطنية:

(a) remove all cluster munitions prohibited by this Protocol, as well as those no longer intended for use, that are under its jurisdiction and control from its operational stocks, separate them from munitions retained for operational use, and in accordance with national procedures mark and safely secure them:
(أ) يزيل من مخزوناته العملياتية جميع الذخائر العنقودية المحظورة بموجب هذا البروتوكول، فضلاً عن تلك التي لا ينوي استعمالها، المشمولة بولايته أو الخاضعة لسيطرته، ويفصلها عن الذخائر المحتفظ بها للاستعمال العملياتي، ويضع علامات لتحديدها ويؤمّنها على نحو سليم وفق الإجراءات الوطنية:

(a) To remove all cluster munitions under its jurisdiction and control that do not meet the standards provided for in Article 4 (2) from its operational stocks, separate them from munitions retained for operational use, mark and safely secure them, in accordance with national procedures;
(أ) إزالة جميع الذخائر العنقودية التي لا تفي بالمعايير المنصوص عليها في المادة 4(2)، والخاضعة لولاية وسيطرة الطرف، من مخزوناته العملياتية وفصلها عن الذخائر المحتفظ بها للاستعمال العملياتي، ووضع علامات عليها، وتأمينها بشكل سليم، وفق الإجراءات الوطنية المعمول بها()؛

(a) To remove all cluster munitions under its jurisdiction and control that do not meet the standards provided for in Article 4 (2) from its operational stocks, separate them from munitions retained for operational use, mark and safely secure them, in accordance with national procedures;
(أ) إزالة جميع الذخائر العنقودية التي لا تفي بالمعايير المنصوص عليها في المادة 4(2)، والخاضعة لولايته وسيطرته، من مخزوناته العملياتية وفصلها عن الذخائر المحتفظ بها للاستعمال العملياتي، ووضع علامات عليها، وتأمينها بشكل سليم، وفقاً للإجراءات الوطنية المعمول بها؛

(a) After any period of deferred compliance under Article 4 (3), to remove all cluster munitions under its jurisdiction and control that do not meet the standards provided for in Article 4 (2) from its operational stocks, separate them from munitions retained for operational use, mark and safely secure them, in accordance with national procedures;
(أ) إزالة جميع الذخائر العنقودية التي لا تفي بالمعايير المنصوص عليها في المادة 4(2)، والخاضعة لولايته وسيطرته، من مخزوناته العملياتية وفصلها عن الذخائر المحتفظ بها للاستعمال العملياتي، ووضع علامات عليها، وتأمينها بشكل سليم، وفقاً للإجراءات الوطنية المعمول بها؛

(a) on entry into force of this Protocol for it or immediately after any period of deferred compliance under paragraph 3 of Article 4, remove all cluster munitions under its jurisdiction and control that do not meet the requirements of paragraph 2 of article 4 from its operational stocks, separate them from munitions retained for operational use, and in accordance with national procedures mark and safely secure them;
(أ) عند بدء نفاذ البروتوكول بالنسبة إليه أو مباشرة بعد أي فترة من تأجيل الامتثال لأحكام حظر الاستعمال عملاً بالفقرة 3 من المادة 4، إزالة جميع الذخائر العنقودية التي لا تفي بالشروط المنصوص عليها في الفقرة 2 من المادة 4 والخاضعة لولايته وسيطرته، من مخزوناته العملياتية وفصلها عن الذخائر المحتفظ بها للاستعمال العملياتي، ووضع علامات عليها وتأمينها بشكل سليم وفقاً للإجراءات الوطنية المعمول بها؛
