٢- يجوز للدول اﻷطراف أن تبرم فيما بينها اتفاقات ثنائية أو متعددة اﻷطراف بشأن المسائل التي تتناولها هذه الاتفاقية، ﻷغراض استكمال أو تدعيم أحكامها أو تيسير تطبيق المبادىء المجسدة فيها.

2. States Parties to this Convention may conclude bilateral or multilateral agreements with one another on the matters dealt with in this Convention for purposes of supplementing or strengthening its provisions or facilitating the application of the principles embodied in it.

The State party believes that when an ordinary meaning is given to article 18 of the Covenant, in light of the object and purpose thereof, nothing therein can be construed as suggesting that any " right to a conscientious objection " is explicit in its provisions or may be derived from it.

2- يجوز للدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية أن تبرم فيما بينها اتفاقات ثنائية أو متعددة الأطراف بشأن الأمور التي تتناولها هذه الاتفاقية، لغرض استكمال أو تدعيم أحكامها أو لصالح تطبيق المبادئ المجسدة فيها تطبيقا أكثر فعالية.

3. Our focus at this special session has been to accelerate the implementation of Agenda 21 in a comprehensive manner and not to renegotiate its provisions or to be selective in its implementation.
٣ - ولقد انصب اهتمامنا في هذه الدورة الاستثنائية على التعجيل بتنفيــذ جــدول أعمــال القرن ١٢ بطريقة شاملة لا على إعادة التفاوض بشأن أحكامه أو توخي الانتقائية في تنفيذه.

8. Part II governs the formation of the contract of sale but, except as otherwise expressly provided by the Convention, is not concerned with the validity of the contract or any of its provisions or of any usage.
8- يحكم الجزء الثاني تكوين عقد البيع، لكنّه غير معنيّ بصحّة العقد أو أي من أحكامه أو أي عادة دارجة، ما لم تنصّ الاتفاقيّة صراحة على خلاف ذلك.
