In the light of information received from the Government of the Lao People's Democratic Republic on 2 October 2009 about the situation of the Hmong people, the Committee reiterated its request to the State party to take all necessary steps to immediately stop any alleged military operations and to allow the provision of humanitarian aid and medical assistance in the area inhabited by the Hmong people.
19- وفي ضوء المعلومات الواردة من حكومة جمهورية لاو الديمقراطية الشعبية في 2 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2009 عن حالة شعب همونغ، كررت اللجنة طلبها إلى الدولة الطرف أن تتخذ جميع الخطوات اللازمة لوقف أي عمليات عسكرية مزعومة فوراً والسماح بتقديم المعونة الإنسانية والمساعدة الطبية في المنطقة التي يعيش فيها شعب همونغ.
