However, in its response of 21 October 2008, the State party had confirmed certain aspects of the complainant's claims, in particular, relating to the manner in which he was tied up for the entire journey, as well as the failure to provide him with adequate sanitary facilities during this long-haul flight.

30. In its response of 1 July 1993 to the Secretary-General, Ecuador indicated that it had taken the following steps to prevent large-scale pelagic drift-net fishing:

45. In its response of 19 April 1993, Singapore informed the Secretary-General that Singapore did not engage in any large-scale pelagic drift-net fishing and it would continue to offer its fullest support in the implementation of resolution 46/215.

In its response of 27 July 2007, the Advisory Committee emphasized the requirement to submit to the General Assembly for its consideration and approval a proposal for such a construction project.

8. The Government, in its response of 26 January 1994, argued that the allegations submitted to the Working Group had no foundation.
