The Committee recommends that the State party develop a comprehensive, rights based national plan of action that covers all areas of the Convention and takes into account the objectives and goals of the outcome document entitled " A world fit for children " , adopted by the General Assembly at its special session on children in 2002, as well as the Millennium Development Goals.
159- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تضع خطة عمل وطنية شاملة تقوم على الحقوق وتغطي جميع مجالات الاتفاقية وتأخذ في الاعتبار أهداف ومقاصد الوثيقة الختامية المعنونة " عالم صالح للأطفال " ، التي اعتمدتها الجمعية العامة في دورتها الاستثنائية بشأن الطفل في عام 2002، وكذلك الأهداف الإنمائية للألفية.

The Committee encourages the State party to take into account the Declaration and Plan of Action " A World Fit for Children " adopted by the General Assembly at its special session on children held in May 2002 and its mid-term review of 2007.
وتشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على أن تأخذ في الاعتبار إعلان وخطة العمل المعنون " عالم صالح للأطفال " الذي اعتمدته الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في دورتها الاستثنائية المعنية بالطفل والمعقودة في أيار/مايو 2002 وكذلك استعراض منتصف المدة لعام 2007.

7. Many delegations said that the report highlighted clearly the contributions of UNICEF to the attainment of the Millennium Development Goals and the goals adopted by the General Assembly at its special session on children.

7. At the final meeting of its special session on children, held in New York from 4 to 10 May 2002, the General Assembly adopted the outcome document, entitled " A world fit for children " which contains a Declaration and a Plan of Action.
7 - اعتمدت الجمعية العامة في الجلسة الختامية من دورتها الاستثنائية المعنية بالطفل المعقودة في نيويورك في الفترة من 4 إلى 10 أيار/مايو 2002 الوثيقة الختامية المعنونة " عالم صالح للطفل " والتي تتضمن إعلانا وخطة عمل.

The Committee recommends that the State party strengthen its efforts to adopt and implement a National Plan of Action which covers all areas under the Convention and takes into account the outcome document " A world fit for children " adopted by the General Assembly at its special session on children held in May 2002.
75- توصي اللجنة بأن تقوم الدولة الطرف بتعزيز جهودها بغية اعتماد وتنفيذ خطة عمل وطنية تغطي جميع المجالات التي تتناولها الاتفاقية وتراعي الوثيقة الختامية المعنونة " عالم صالح للأطفال " التي اعتمدتها الجمعية العامة في دورتها الاستثنائية المعنية بالطفل المعقودة في أيار/مايو 2002.

At the same time, the Committee recommends that the State party develop and implement effectively a National Plan of Action for children, taking into account the Declaration and the Plan of Action contained in the document " A world fit for children " adopted by the General Assembly at its special session on children in May 2002.

ولا بد أن تراعي خطة العمل هذه الوثيقة الختامية المعنونة " عالم صالح للأطفال " التي اعتمدتها الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في دورتها الاستثنائية المعنية بالطفل في أيار/مايو 2002 واستعراض منتصف المدة الذي أجرته في عام 2007.

The Committee encourages the State party to finalize the NAPC and adopt a comprehensive Children's Policy and that addresses fully all the rights of the child enshrined in the Convention, and take into account the outcome document " A World Fit for Children " adopted by the General Assembly at its special session on children in May 2002 and its mid-term review of 2007.

14. 14- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تضع خطة عمل وطنية شاملة تقوم على الحقوق وتغطي جميع مجالات الاتفاقية وتأخذ في الاعتبار أهداف ومرامي الوثيقة الختامية المعنونة " عالم صالح للأطفال " ، التي اعتمدتها الجمعية العامة في دورتها الاستثنائية بشأن الطفل في عام 2002، وكذلك الأهداف الإنمائية للألفية.

It also notes that the State party is in the process of finalizing and adopting a national plan of action for children, as requested by the outcome document " A world fit for children " adopted by the General Assembly at its special session on children held in May 2002.
كما تحيط علماً بأن الدولة الطرف هي في صدد إنجاز واعتماد خطةٍ وطنية للعمل من أجل الأطفال، تنفيذاً لما طلبته الوثيقة الختامية " عالم صالح للأطفال " التي اعتمدتها الجمعية العامة في دورتها الاستثنائية عن الأطفال في أيار/مايو 2002.
