At its 4th through 6th meetings, on 10 and 11 May 1993, the Committee considered the triennial review of the implementation of the recommendations made by the Committee at its thirtieth session on the evaluation of the major programme on human settlements (E/AC.51/1993/4).

1. At its 4th through 6th meetings, on 10 and 11 May 1993, the Committee considered the triennial review of the implementation of the recommendations made by the Committee at its thirtieth session on the evaluation of the major programme on human settlements (E/AC.51/1993/4).
١ - في الجلسات ٤ إلى ٦ المعقودة يومي ١٠ و ١١ أيار/مايو ١٩٩٣، نظرت اللجنة في الاستعراض الذي يجرى كل ثلاث سنوات لتنفيذ توصيات لجنة البرنامج والتنسيق في دورتها الثلاثين بشأن تقييم البرنامج الرئيسي المتعلق بالمستوطنات البشرية .(E/AC.51/1993/4)

2. Decides to take into account, in the second comprehensive review, recommendations made by the Subsidiary Body for Implementation at its thirtieth session on further steps to regularly monitor and evaluate capacity-building activities undertaken pursuant to decisions 2/CP.7 and 4/CP.12.
2- يقرر أن يراعي، في الاستعراض الشامل الثاني، التوصيات الصادرة عن الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ في دورتها الثلاثين بشأن الخطوات الإضافية التي يتعين اتخاذها من أجل الرصد والتقييم المنتظمين لأنشطة بناء القدرات المضطلع بها عملاً بالمقررين 2/م أ-7 و4/م أ-12.

Decides to take into account, in the second comprehensive review, recommendations made by the Subsidiary Body for Implementation at its thirtieth session on further steps to regularly monitor and review progress in the implementation of capacity-building activities undertaken pursuant to decisions 2/CP.7, 29/CMP.1 and 6/CMP.2.
2- يقرر أن يراعي، في الاستعراض الشامل الثاني، التوصيات الصادرة عن الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ في دورتها الثلاثين بشأن الخطوات الإضافية التي يتعين اتخاذها من أجل الرصد والاستعراض المنتظمين للتقدم المحرز في تنفيذ أنشطة بناء القدرات المضطلع بها عملاً بالمقررات 2/م أ-7 و29/م أإ-1 و6/م أإ-2.

The comprehensive review should also result in recommendations by the SBI at its thirtieth session on further steps to regularly monitor and evaluate capacity-building activities undertaken pursuant to decisions 2/CP.7, 4/CP.12, 29/CMP.1 and 6/CMP.2.
5- وينبغي أن يسفر الاستعراض أيضاً على توصيات تتخذها الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ في دورتها الثلاثين بشأن مزيد من الخطوات المتعلقة بالرصد والتقييم المنتظمين لأنشطة بناء القدرات المضطلع بها وفقا للمقررات 2/م أ-7 و4/م أ-12 و29/م أإ-1 و6/م أإ-2.

By the same decision, the COP decided to take into account, in the second comprehensive review, recommendations made by the SBI at its thirtieth session on further steps to regularly monitor and evaluate capacity-building activities undertaken pursuant to decisions 2/CP.7 and 4/CP.12.
وقرر مؤتمر الأطراف، في المقرر ذاته، أن يضع في اعتباره، في الاستعراض الشامل الثاني، التوصيات التي تقدمت بها الهيئة الفرعية في دورتها الثلاثين بشأن الخطوات الإضافية التي يلزم اتخاذها لإجراء رصد وتقييم منتظمين لأنشطة بناء القدرات المضطلع بها عملاً بالمقررين 2/م أ-7 و4/م أ-12.

Requests the Secretary-General to report to the Committee on Information at its thirtieth session on the activities of the Steering Committee and the work of the Dag Hammarskjöld Library, including on the application of measures to enhance the effectiveness of the libraries within existing legislative mandates;
82 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم إلى لجنة الإعلام في دورتها الثلاثين تقريرا عن أنشطة اللجنة التوجيهية وعمل مكتبة داغ همرشولد، يغطي أيضا تنفيذ التدابير المتخذة لتعزيز فعالية المكتبات في إطار الولايات التشريعية القائمة؛
