George Jaoshvili attended the session from 10 to 14 February 2014 and indicated that he had been unable to attend the entire session owing to the lack of adequate financial support from the nominating State.
وحضر جورج جاوشفيلي الجزء من الدورة الذي عُقد في الفترة من 10 إلى 14 شباط/فبراير 2014، وأشار إلى أنه لم يتمكن من حضور الدورة بكاملها بسبب عدم تلقّيه الدعم المالي الكافي من الدولة التي رشّحته.

Mr. Jaoshvili attended the session from 2 to 5 September 2014, indicating that he had been unable to attend the entire session owing to a lack of adequate financial support.
وحضر السيد جاوشفيلي الجزء من الدورة الذي عُقد في الفترة من 2 إلى 5 أيلول/سبتمبر 2014، مشيرا إلى أنه لم يتمكن من حضور الدورة بكاملها بسبب نقص الدعم المالي الكافي.

90. The Commission consequently proposed that the member's seat be considered vacant, pursuant to rule 8 of the rules of procedure of the Commission, and that it would request the Meeting of State Parties to declare such a vacancy and to elect a new member for the remainder of the Mr. Jaoshvili's term.
