Measures have been envisaged at the company level, designed to ensure the functioning of job safety through the fulfilment of certain requirements by employers and through cooperation between employers and workers, i.e. their representatives in the company.
كما ستُتخذ تدابير على مستوى الشركات، تهدف إلى ضمان أداء وظيفة السلامة المهنية من خلال تلبية أصحاب العمل لشروط معيّنة والتعاون بين أصحاب العمل والعمال، أي ممثليهم في الشركة ذات الصلة.

The Law on job safety regulates in detail:
101- وينظم قانون السلامة المهنية بتفصيل الأمور التالية:

Under the Law on Enterprises and the Law on Private Entrepreneurs, an employer cannot start work before the work inspection for job safety establishes that job safety measures have been applied on sites, installations and machines.
وبموجب قانون المشاريع وقانون أصحاب المشاريع الخواص، فإنه لا يمكن لصاحب عمل أن يباشر العمل قبل أن يثبت التفتيش المعني بالسلامة المهنية تطبيق تلك التدابير في المواقع والمنشآت والآلات.

Each employer is obliged to designate a person or a service which will be responsible to carry out job safety tasks.
110- ويُطالَب كل صاحب عمل بتعيين شخص أو دائرة للنهوض بمسؤولية الاضطلاع بمهام السلامة المهنية.

The Council has as its main task to: prepare a national job safety programme and strategy; and recommend to the Government adoption of national job safety regulations on the basis of international regulations in this area.
وتكمن المهمة الأساسية للمجلس فيما يلي: إعداد برنامج واستراتيجية للسلامة المهنية على الصعيد الوطني؛ وتقديم توصيات إلى الحكومة باعتماد تنظيمات السلامة المهنية على الصعيد الوطني على أساس التنظيمات الدولية في هذا المجال.

The right of employed persons to participate in decisionmaking in the field of job safety and health protection;

The job safety Federation of Yugoslavia, a nongovernmental organization, also takes part in the work of the job safety Council.
116- كما يشارك في عمل مجلس السلامة المهنية الاتحاد اليوغوسلافي للسلامة المهنية.

The Federal Republic of Yugoslavia ratified 17 conventions in the field of job safety. They regulate three areas: technical protection, sanitary and health protection and social protection.
94- صادقت جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية على 17 اتفاقية في مجال السلامة المهنية تنظم ثلاثة ميادين: الحماية التقنية، والحماية الإصحاحية والصحية، والحماية الاجتماعية.

The failure to implement job safety and health protection measures by the employer is penalized as a minor criminal or economic offence.
99- والتقصير في تنفيذ تدابير السلامة المهنية وحماية الصحة من جانب صاحب العمل يعرّض هذا الأخير للعقوبة بوصف ذلك جريمة جنائية أو اقتصادية ثانوية.

On the basis of the provisions of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia, the law on the Basic Principles of Labour and the Law on Labour Relations, the job safety system in the Republic of Serbia is regulated by the Law on job safety.
100- يحكم قانون السلامة المهنية نظام السلامة في جمهورية صربيا، بالاستناد إلى أحكام دستور جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية، ودستور جمهورية صربيا، وقانون المبادئ الأساسية للعمل، وقانون علاقات العمل.

(b) Rights and obligations of enterprises and all other forms of organized labour with respect to ensuring and implementing job safety.

In total, 167 inspectors monitor the job safety measures in the territory of the Republic of Serbia, while 106 inspectors monitor the implementation of the Law on Labour Relations and the Law on Labour.
107- ويقوم 167 مفتشاً من مفتشي العمل برصد تدابير السلامة المهنية في أراضي جمهورية صربيا، في حين يقوم 106 مفتشين برصد تنفيذ القانون الخاص بعلاقات العمل وقانون العمل.

Telltale evidence of the importance that the Government of the Republic of Serbia attaches to this area is the establishment of a separate job safety Council.
113- وخير دليل على الأهمية التي توليها حكومة جمهورية صربيا لهذا الميدان إنشاء مجلس منفصل معني بالسلامة المهنية.

Integration of all job safety and health protection measures and activities and their introduction into work processes as an integral part of business policy;

The job safety Federation of Yugoslavia is a nongovernmental, nonparty and nonprofit organization established to develop activities aimed at promoting job safety and improving work conditions and the work environment.
والاتحاد منظمة غير حكومية محايدة لا تستهدف الربح، أنشئت لتطوير أنشطة ترمي إلى النهوض بالسلامة المهنية وتحسين ظروف وبيئة العمل.
