It is the Committee's view that further efforts must be undertaken to ensure that the principles of the Convention, in particular the general principles, not only guide policy discussion and decision-making, but are also appropriately integrated in all legal revisions as well as in judicial and administrative decisions and in projects, programmes and services which have an impact on children.
وترى اللجنة أنه يتوجب بذل مزيد من الجهود لضمان الاسترشاد بمبادئ الاتفاقية، لا سيما المبادئ العامة، في مناقشات السياسة العامة وفي صنع القرار، بل أيضاً ضمان دمجها على النحو الملائم في جميع المراجعات القانونية وكذلك في الأحكام القضائية والقرارات الإدارية وفي المشاريع والبرامج والخدمات التي لها تأثير على الأطفال.

It is the Committee's view that further efforts must be undertaken to ensure that the principles of the Convention, in particular the general principles, not only guide policy discussion and decision—making, but are also appropriately integrated in all legal revisions as well as in judicial and administrative decisions and in projects, programmes and services which have an impact on children.
وترى اللجنة أنه يجب بذل المزيد من الجهود في سبيل أن تكون مبادئ الاتفاقية، ولا سيما المبادئ العامة هادياً ومرشداً لمناقشة السياسات واتخاذ القرارات، بل وأن تدمج أيضاً بصورة مناسبة في جميع تنقيحات القوانين فضلاً عن دمجها في الأحكام القضائية والقرارات الإدارية وفي المشاريع والبرامج والخدمات التي تؤثر على الأطفال.

(28) The Committee recommends that the State party take all appropriate measures to ensure that the principle of best interests of the child, in accordance with article 3 of the Convention, is adequately integrated in all legal provisions as well as in judicial and administrative decisions and in projects, programmes and services which have an impact on children.
