It should also be noted that, when considering recently the issue of modifying the qualifications of members of the United Nations Administrative Tribunal, the Assembly decided in paragraph 14 of resolution 57/307 to amend the United Nations Administrative Tribunal statute so that its members would be required to " possess judicial experience in the field of administrative law or its equivalent within the candidate's national jurisdiction " .
