12. The Committee encourages the State party to enhance its efforts to close the gap between de jure and de facto equality of women and men by ensuring full implementation of laws, plans and policies and through regular, effective monitoring and impact assessment, especially in regard to the most disadvantaged groups of women.
12 - وتشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على تعزيز جهودها في سبيل ردم الفجوة بين نصوص القانون وواقع الحال في مجال المساواة بين المرأة والرجل بحيث تكفل التنفيذ الكامل للقوانين والخطط والسياسات والاضطلاع بالرصد وتقييم الأثر على نحو منتظم وفعال، ولا سيما بالنسبة لأشد فئات النساء حرمانا.
