وسوف يتواصل تطوير شبكة اﻷمم المتحدة لمعلومات العدالة الجنائية، وسوف تتم صيانتها والتوسع فيها بغية إتاحة المجال للبرنامج ﻷداء مهامه المنوطة به كمركز لتبادل المعلومات.

3. Recommends changing the name of the United Nations Criminal Justice Information Network to the United Nations Crime and Justice Information Network;
٣ - توصي بتغيير اسم شبكة اﻷمم المتحدة لمعلومات العدالة الجنائية بحيث يصبح شبكة اﻷمم المتحدة لمعلومات الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية؛

(i) Assessing needs in both the computerization of criminal justice operations and the development of criminal Justice Information systems;
`١` تقييم الاحتياجات في مجال حوسبة عمليات العدالة الجنائية وتطوير نظم معلومات العدالة الجنائية؛

(ii) Designing and coordinating training programmes in both the computerization of criminal justice operations and the development of criminal Justice Information systems;
`٢` تصميم وتنسيق برامج التدريب على حوسبة عمليات العدالة الجنائية وتطوير نظم معلومات العدالة الجنائية؛

9. Also requests the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, subject to the availability of extrabudgetary resources, to provide technical assistance to Member States, upon request, in setting up national data collection and criminal Justice Information systems regarding children in conflict with the law, using the Manual for the Measurement of Juvenile Justice Indicators;
9 - يطلب أيضا إلى مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة أن يقدّم إلى الدول الأعضاء، بناء على طلبها، ورهناً بتوافر موارد من خارج الميزانية، المساعدة التقنية في إنشاء نظم وطنية لجمع البيانات ونظم للمعلومات عن العدالة الجنائية فيما يتعلق بالأطفال المخالفين للقانون، وذلك باستخدام دليل قياس مؤشّرات قضاء الأحداث؛

The United Nations Criminal Justice Information Network will be developed and expanded further in order to respond to the needs of Member States, in particular developing countries and countries with economies in transition.
وسيجري تطوير شبكة اﻷمم المتحدة لمعلومات منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية وتوسيعها، لكي تلبي احتياجات الدول اﻷعضاء، ولا سيما البلدان النامية والبلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقالية.

The Government has a plan to establish the Justice Information system at the national level, and accordingly the Ministry of Justice is working in developing the prosecution information system.
ولدى الحكومة خطة لإنشاء نظام لمعلومات العدالة على المستوى الوطني، وعلى نفس المنوال، تعمل وزارة العدل حاليا على إنشاء نظام لمعلومات الادّعاء العام.

' ٣ ' جعل المعلومات العمومية الوطنية في مجال منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية متاحة على شبكة الانترنت، من خلال ارتباطات مع شبكة اﻷمم المتحدة لمعلومات العدالة الجنائية ونظام اﻷمم المتحدة لتبادل معلومات الجريمة والعدالة بالاتصال الحاسوبي المباشر؛

(iii) Making national public information in the area of crime prevention and criminal justice available on the Internet via linkages with the United Nations Crime and Justice Information Network and the United Nations On-line Crime and Justice Clearing-house;
' ٣ ' جعل المعلومات العمومية الوطنية في مجال منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية متاحة في الانترنت من خلال ارتباطات مع شبكة اﻷمم المتحدة لمعلومات العدالة الجنائية ونظام اﻷمم المتحدة لتبادل معلومات الجريمة والعدالة بالاتصال الحاسوبي المباشر؛

13.14 During the biennium 1994-1995, activities were oriented towards assisting Member States in crime prevention and criminal justice management, in particular through progressive development and implementation of the United Nations Criminal Justice Information Network.
٣١-٤١ وجهت اﻷنشطة، أثناء فترة السنتين ١٩٩٤-١٩٩٥، الى مساعدة الدول اﻷعضاء في مجالي منع الجريمة وإدارة شؤون العدالة الجنائية، ولاسيما عن طريق التطوير التدريجي لشبكة اﻷمم المتحدة لمعلومات العدالة الجنائية وتنفيذها.

The activities of the European Institute aimed at computerizing and facilitating the exchange of criminal Justice Information were also noted.
كما لوحظت أنشطة المعهد اﻷوروبي الرامية الى حوسبة معلومات العدالة الجنائية وتيسير تبادلها.
