وللمواءمة بين التشريع الوطني والالتزامات التي يفرضها قرار مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة 1373 (2001)، أعدت وزارة العدل في جورجيا مشروع قانون موضوعه " تعديلات على قانون الإجراءات الجنائية لجورجيا " .

In order to harmonize national legislation with the obligations of the UN General Assembly Resolution No. 1377, the Ministry of Justice of Georgia prepared a draft law on " Alterations to the Criminal Code of Georgia " , that provides sanctions for the commitments of terrorist crimes (art. 323 (terrorist act), 327 (creation, leading or participating in terrorist organizations)).
وللمواءمة بين التشريع الوطني والالتزامات التي يفرضها قرار مجلس الأمن 1373، أعدت وزارة العدل في جورجيا مشروع قانون موضوعه " تعديلات على القانون الجنائي لجورجيا " ، يفرض عقوبات على ارتكاب جرائم إرهابية (المادة 323 (العمل الإرهابي) والمادة 327 (إنشاء التنظيمات الإرهابية أو قيادتها أو المشاركة فيها)).

The Permanent Interagency Coordination Council for Carrying out Measures Against TIP (The Coordination Council), set up by Presidential Decree N534, on September 1, 2006 is chaired by the Minister of Justice of Georgia and composed of Deputy Ministers of: Labor, Health, and Social Protection; Internal Affairs; Justice (together with the Prosecution Service); Education and Science; Foreign Affairs.

The Ministry of Justice of Georgia organized the Youth Conference " Gender Equality in Georgia " in cooperation with National Security Council of Georgia and UN Association Georgia on 27-29 December in Kachreti, Kakheti region. 24 participants from five regions (Shida Kartli, Samtskhe-Javakheti, Imereti, Kvemo Kartli, and Tbilisi) were involved in conference.
251- ونظمت وزارة العدل في جورجيا مؤتمراً للشباب بشأن " المساواة بين الجنسين في جورجيا " بالتعاون مع مجلس الأمن القومي لجورجيا ورابطة الأمم المتحدة في جورجيا خلال الفترة من 27 إلى 29 كانون الأول/ديسمبر في كاشريتي، بإقليم كاخيتي. وشارك في المؤتمر 24 شخصاً من خمس مناطق (شيدا كارتلي، سامتسخي - جافخاتي، غمريتي، كفيمو كارتلي وتبليسي).
