1. The General Assembly, in its resolution 3436 (XXX) of 9 December 1975, requested the Governing Council of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) to keep the General Assembly informed of any new conventions in the field of the environment and of the status of existing conventions.
١ - طلبت الجمعية العامة، في قرارها ٣٤٣٦ )د - ٣٠( المؤرخ في ٩ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٧٥، من مجلس إدارة برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة للبيئة أن يحيط الجمعية العامة علما بأي اتفاقيات جديدة في ميدان البيئة وبحالة الاتفاقيات الحالية.

At the time, in paragraph 6, the Secretary-General was requested to keep the General Assembly informed of the work of the Commission.

The Government of Belarus intended to deal with the arrears in its contributions for peace-keeping operations on the basis of the principle of the capacity to pay; it was considering possible procedures and timetables for payments of those arrears and would keep the General Assembly informed of developments in the matter.

Reiterates its request that the Secretary-General continue efforts to explore the use of new technologies, such as computer-assisted translation, remote and off-site translation and speech recognition, in the six official languages, in order to further enhance the quality and productivity of the conference services, and to keep the General Assembly informed of the introduction of any other new technology;
9 - تكرر طلبها إلى الأمين العام أن يواصل جهوده الرامية إلى استكشاف إمكانية استخدام تكنولوجيات جديدة، من قبيل الترجمة بمساعدة الحاسوب والترجمة عن بعد والترجمة خارج الموقع وبرامج الإملاء الإلكتروني باللغات الست تعزيزا لجودة وإنتاجية خدمات المؤتمرات، وأن يحيط الجمعية العامة علما عند إدخال أي تكنولوجيات جديدة أخرى؛

3. 5. Invites the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations to keep the General Assembly informed of progress in this regard;
5 - تدعو منظمة الأمم المتحدة للأغذية والزراعة إلى إبقاء الجمعية العامة على علم بما يحرز من تقدم في هذا الصدد؛

In the view of the Committee, the Secretary-General should monitor and analyse such trends on an ongoing basis and keep the General Assembly informed of any exceptional developments.
وترى اللجنة أنه ينبغي للأمين العام رصد وتحليل مثل هذه الاتجاهات بشكل مستمر ومواصلة إطلاع الجمعية العامة على ما يستجد من تطورات استثنائية في هذا المجال.

4. Requests the Secretary-General to keep the General Assembly informed of the status of the International Covenants on Human Rights and the Optional Protocols thereto, including all reservations and declarations, through the United Nations websites.
