2.9 The year following his expulsion, the author continued his studies through a correspondence course with the National Centre for Distance Learning, and then enrolled at the University of Paris Est, where he was allowed to wear the keski.
2-9 وفي السنة التي تلت الطرد، تابع صاحب البلاغ دراسته بالمراسلة عن طريق المركز الوطني للتعليم عن بعد، ثم التحق بجامعة باريس الشرقية، حيث سُمح له بارتداء الكيسكي.

3.2 With regard to the violation of article 18, the author submits that his expulsion from the school for wearing the keski constitutes a clear and unjustifiable infringement of his right to freedom of religion, and in particular of his right to manifest his religion.
3-2 وفيما يتعلق بانتهاك المادة 18، يؤكد صاحب البلاغ أن طرده من المدرسة بسبب ارتداء الكيسكي يشكل انتهاكاً واضحاً وغير مبرر لحقه في حرية الدين، ولا سيما حقه في إظهار دينه.
