13- وبناءً على ما سبق، يجزم المصدر بأن سلب السيد لارينغ حريته يندرج ضمن الفئات الأولى والثانية والثالثة والخامسة من فئات الاحتجاز التعسفي التي يستند إليها الفريق العامل لدى النظر في القضايا المعروضة عليه.

(a) The deprivation of liberty of Mr. La Ring as reported by the source in paragraphs 4 and 5 above is arbitrary, being in contravention of articles 7, 9, 13, 14, 18, 19 and 21 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

(c) Finally, the Working Group finds that Mr. La Ring's arrest and detention in the circumstances set out in paragraph 17 above fall within category V of the arbitrary detention categories referred to by the Working Group when considering cases submitted to it, as it breaches article 7 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
(ج) ختاماً، يستنتج الفريق العامل أن اعتقال السيد لارينغ واحتجازه في الظروف المبيَّنة في الفقرة 17 أعلاه مسألة تندرج ضمن الفئة الخامسة من فئات الاحتجاز التعسفي التي يستند إليها الفريق العامل لدى النظر في القضايا المعروضة عليه، لأنها تشكل انتهاكاً للمادة 7 من الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان.

The source submits that the circumstances of Mr. La Ring's arrest and detention are in breach of article 10 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and of the Body of Principles for the Protection of All Persons Under Any Form of Detention or Imprisonment, in particular Principles 1, 3, 4, 6, 7 (3), 10, 11, 13, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 24, 25, 27, 28, 29, 32, 33 and 36.
