وأود الاشارة إلى أن مجلس اﻷمن قد قرر، عند اتخاذ القرار، أن يلجأ إلى أحكام الفقرة اﻷخيرة من المادة ٦٠ من نظامه الداخلي المؤقت لتقديم توصيته إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها السابعة واﻷربعين المستأنفة.

3. The Committee further decided to recommend to the Security Council that it should have recourse to the provision of the last paragraph of rule 60 of its provisional rules of procedure.
٣ - وقررت اللجنة كذلك أن توصي مجلس اﻷمن بأن يطبق أحكام الفقرة اﻷخيرة من المادة ٦٠ من نظامه الداخلي المؤقت.

3. The Committee further decided to recommend to the Security Council that it should have recourse to the provision of the last paragraph of rule 60 of its provisional rules of procedure.
٣ - وقررت اللجنة كذلك أن توصي مجلس اﻷمن بالرجوع الى أحكام الفقرة اﻷخيرة من المادة ٦٠ من نظامه الداخلي المؤقت.

٣ - السيدة بينيا )المكسيك(: قالت إن وفدها يفهم أنه ما زال من الممكن، رغم تقديم مشروع القرار، مواصلة المفاوضات، حسب ما تنص عليه الفقرة اﻷخيرة من المادة ١٢٠ من النظام الداخلي، وذلك عملا على إيجاد توافق في اﻵراء.
