With regard to chapter XI of the Commission's report, entitled " Other decisions and conclusions of the Commission " , her delegation supported the Commission's decision to include the topic " Obligation to extradite or prosecute (aut dedere aut judicare) " in its programme of work because of that topic's importance in establishing the rule of law and combating impunity.
