535. 190. An employer may introduce working hours shorter than 40 hours per working week in cases and under conditions set forth in the Law on Labour Relations (reduced working hours).
190- ويجوز لرب العمل الأخذ بساعات عمل تقل عن 40 ساعة في الأسبوع في الحالات والظروف الواردة في القانون الخاص بعلاقات العمل (ساعات العمل المنخفضة).

289. The right to salary compensation for reduced working hours for purposes of care for severely disabled child, established under the Law on Labour Relations and the Law on Social Protection is exercised with the Social Work Centre.
289- ويمارس الحق في تعويض الراتب بسبب ساعات العمل المنخفضة لأغراض رعاية طفل معاق بشكل شديد، وهو الحق الذي نص عليه القانون الخاص بعلاقات العمل والقانون الخاص بالحماية الاجتماعية، ومع مركز العمل الاجتماعي.

33. While noting that, under the Law on Labour Relations, the minimum age for admission to employment was 15 years and persons employed under the age of 18 years were entitled to special protection, CRC was concerned about the weak implementation of child labour laws and policies, and about the incidence of child labour in the informal sector, in particular begging and street vending at intersections, on street corners and in restaurants.
33- وبينما أحاطت اللجنة علماً بقانون علاقات العمل الذي ينصّ على أن الحدّ الأدنى لسنّ القبول في العمل هو 15 عاماً وأن العاملين الذين تقلّ أعمارهم عن 18 عاماً يحقّ لهم التمتّع بحماية خاصة، أعربت اللجنة عن القلق إزاء ضعف تنفيذ القوانين والسياسات الخاصة بعمل الأطفال، وإزاء انتشار عمالة الأطفال في القطاع غير الرسمي، لا سيما التسوُّل والبيع في الشوارع وعند التقاطعات، وفي زوايا الشوارع وفي المطاعم(55).
