In the same year, in its resolution 2012/1, the Commission on Population and Development urged Member States to enact and strictly enforce laws concerning the minimum legal age of consent and the minimum age for marriage.
وفي نفس العام، حثت لجنة السكان والتنمية، في قرارها 2012/1، الدول الأعضاء على سن قوانين تتعلق بالسن القانونية الدنيا للرضا بالزواج والحد الأدنى لسن الزواج وإنفاذ تلك القوانين بطريقة صارمة.

In addition, Governments should strictly enforce laws concerning the minimum legal age of consent and the minimum age at marriage and should raise the minimum age at marriage where necessary.
وبالاضافة الى ذلك ينبغي على الحكومات أن تتوخى الدقة في إنفاذ القوانين المتعلقة بالسن الشرعي اﻷدنى لقبول الزواج والسن اﻷدنى عند الزواج، وأن تزيد السن اﻷدنى عند الزواج حيثما اقتضى اﻷمر.
