1. Whenever under [identify laws of the enacting State relating to insolvency] notification is to be given to creditors in this State, such notification shall also be given to the known creditors that do not have addresses in this State.
١ - حيثما يشترط توجيه إشعار إلى الدائنين ببدء إجراء في هذه الدولة بموجب ]تدرج أسماء قوانين الدولة المشترعة ذات الصلة باﻹعسار[، يوجه ذلك اﻹشعار أيضا إلى الدائنين المعروفين الذين ليس لهم عنوان في هذه الدولة.

(d) Whether the contracting authority intends to require the successful bidder to establish an independent legal entity established and incorporated under the laws of [the enacting State] in accordance with model provision 30.
