12. The LDCs Group recognizes that UNCTAD's LDC Trust Fund is an important vehicle for enabling technical cooperation and capacity-building activities in LDCs, and for the successful implementation of the Istanbul Programme of Action.
12- وتسلم مجموعة أقل البلدان نمواً بدور صندوق الأونكتاد الاستئماني الخاص بأقل البلدان نمواً، كأداة مهمة تتيح إرساء التعاون التقني وتنفيذ أنشطة بناء القدرات في أقل البلدان نمواً، وتطبيق برنامج عمل اسطنبول بنجاح.

20. In addition to what has been suggested, the LDCs Group would like the following issues to be included in the outcome of the Conference under relevant themes and subthemes:
20- وبالإضافة إلى ما اقتُرِح، تأمل مجموعة أقل البلدان نمواً في إدراج المسائل التالية في الوثيقة الختامية للمؤتمر ضمن المواضيع الرئيسية والمواضيع الفرعية ذات الصلة:

The LDCs Group strongly feels that the establishment of the International Agriculture Centre dedicated to LDCs should be expedited and UNCTAD - XIII should give enough attention to these issues to address the root causes.
وتعتقد مجموعة أقل البلدان نمواً جازمة بأنه لا بد من التعجيل بإنشاء المركز الزراعي الدولي المخصص لأقل البلدان نمواً وأنه يتعين على الأونكتاد الثالث عشر أن يولي اهتماماً كافياً لهذه المسائل لمعالجة الأسباب الجذرية.

25. The LDCs Group would like to recognize the pioneering efforts of UNCTAD to focus on structural impediments of the LDCs that kept alive their cause.
25- وتسلم مجموعة أقل البلدان نمواً بما يبذله الأونكتاد من جهود رائدة في التركيز على ما تشهده أقل البلدان نمواً من عراقيل هيكلية مما حال دون نسيان قضيتهم.

In this context several briefings and technical meetings were prepared and consultations meetings were held. A revised proposal on rules of origin under the Duty-Free Quota-Free initiatives has been drafted in consultation with the LDCs Group.
وفي هذا السياق، أُعدت عدة جلسات إحاطة واجتماعات تقنية وعُقدت اجتماعات تشاور وصيغ اقتراح منقّح بشأن قواعد المنشأ في إطار المبادرات المتعلقة بالإعفاء من الرسوم الجمركية والإعفاء من الحصص، وذلك بالتشاور مع مجموعة أقل البلدان نمواً.

7. Searching for solutions to these numerous challenges requires an unprecedented level of global cooperation backed by political commitments and determination, and the LDCs Group expects UNCTAD - XIII to contribute meaningfully to this process.
7- ولإيجاد الحلول لهذه التحديات الكثيرة لا بد من الارتقاء بالتعاون العالمي إلى مستوى غير مسبوق، وتعضيده بقطع التزامات سياسية وعقد العزم، وتأمل مجموعة أقل البلدان نمواً في أن يساهم الأونكتاد الثالث عشر مساهمة مفيدة في هذه العملية.

The LDCs Group feels that the Rio+20 Conference early next year should fully integrate the IPoA into its outcome document and underline renewed and scaled-up global commitment to achieve sustainable development in the LDCs.
وترى مجموعة أقل البلدان نمواً أنه يتعين على مؤتمر ريو +20 الذي سينعقد في مطلع العام القادم، أن يدرج برنامج عمل اسطنبول بالكامل في الوثيقة الختامية، وأن يؤكد على تجديد الالتزام العالمي والواسع النطاق لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في أقل البلدان نمواً.
