4 - يدين أيضاً امتناع إسرائيل عن تقديم خرائط الألغام التي زرعتها في مختلف المناطق الزراعية والحيوية في الجنوب والبقاع الغربي والتي تشكل خطراً كبيراً على أرواح المدنيين وتمنعهم من ممارسة حياتهم الطبيعية، كما يدين استمرار إسرائيل في احتجازها لمعتقلين لبنانيين في سجونها.
