155 - القوانين اللبنانية المتعلّقة بالصحة العامة: إن أبرز ما يشوب القوانين اللبنانية المتعلّقة بالصحة العامة هو عدم تكريس حق المواطن في الصحة وفي الوصول إلى المرافق الصحية في نصّ قانوني صريح.

The actions to which reference is made in paragraph 2 are prohibited by Lebanese laws and especially by the Penal Code, the arms and ammunition law, the law regulating entry to, residence in and departure from Lebanon, the Arab Convention for the Suppression of Terrorism and the anti-money-laundering law.
إن الأعمال المحددة في الفقرة (2) هي محظورة بموجب القوانين اللبنانية لا سيما قانون العقوبات، قانون الأسلحة والذخائر، قانون تنظيم الدخول إلى لبنان والخروج منه، الاتفاقية العربية لمكافحة الإرهاب وقانون مكافحة تبييض الأموال.
