Lescomplekt Ltd (“Lescomplekt”) is a Bulgarian state-owned company.

The first amounts are of KWD17,489 and KWD13,530, which Lescomplekt asserts were owing on Interim Payment Certificates Number 7 and Number 8 respectively.
