فالإسلام حرَّم الظلم والقتل والبغاء والإكراه على الفجور وكل أنواع الدعارة، وبيَّن طريقة معاملة مرتكبي هذه الجرائم، وأوضح سبل الرشاد، وحمى القصَّر وكفل رعايتهم وتكريمهم بحسن التربية، ومنحهم حقوقهم دون إذلال أو إجحاف.
