The Committee also suggests that the State party review the present legislation on adoption, in the light of the principles and provisions of the Convention, notably those of its articles 20 and 21, so as to evaluate the effectiveness of national legislation in facilitating domestic adoption.
كما تقترح اللجنة أن تستعرض الدولة الطرف التشريع الحالي المتعلق بالتبني في ضوء مبادئ وأحكام الاتفاقية، ولا سيما مادتيها ٠٢ و ١٢، بغية تقييم فعالية التشريع الوطني في تيسير التبني المحلي.

The Committee also notes with concern that the provision of medical treatment and services to asylum-seeking children does not appear to be interpreted in the light of the principles and provisions of the Convention, in its articles 2 and 3.
كما تلاحظ اللجنة بقلق أن توفير المعالجة والخدمات الطبية لﻷطفال ملتمسي اللجوء، لا يبدو مفسﱠراً في ضوء مبادئ وأحكام الاتفاقية، الواردة في مادتيها ٢ و٣.

388. The Committee recommends that a review of legislation in relation to the issue of the age of criminal responsibility be undertaken with a view to raising this age in the light of the principles and provisions of the Convention.
٣٨٨ - وتوصي اللجنة بالشروع في استعراض للتشريعات المتعلقة بمسألة سن المسؤولية الجنائية بغية رفع هذا السن في ضوء مبادئ وأحكام الاتفاقية.

42. In light of the principles and provisions of the Convention, especially its articles 3, 7 and 21, the amendment to Act XV of 1990, which grants the parent the option of placing a child up for adoption before birth, is a matter of concern for the Committee.
٢٤- وفي ضوء مبادئ وأحكام الاتفاقية، وخاصة موادها ٣ و٧ و١٢، فإن تعديل القانون الخامس عشر لسنة ٠٩٩١ الذي يمنح الوالد اختيار طرح طفله للتبني من قبل أن يولد هو مثار لقلق اللجنة.

82. In light of the principles and provisions of the Convention, especially its articles 3, 5 and 19, the Committee expresses its concern that the phenomenon of child abuse and ill-treatment within the family is not adequately addressed.
٢٨- وفي ضوء مبادئ وأحكام الاتفاقية، ولا سيما موادها ٣ و٥ و٩١، تعرب اللجنة عن قلقها لعدم التصدي بصورة كافية لظاهرة الاعتداء على اﻷطفال وإساءة معاملتهم في نطاق اﻷسرة.

91. The Committee recommends that the State party pursue its efforts to resolve family reunification cases in light of the principles and provisions of the Convention, especially articles 3 and 9.
١٩- وتوصي اللجنة بأن تواصل الدولة الطرف جهودها لحسم حالات لم شمل اﻷسر، في ضوء مبادئ وأحكام الاتفاقية، ولا سيما المادتين ٣ و٩.

79- وتوصي اللجنة بأن تواصل الدولة الطرف جهودها لحسم حالات لم شمل الأسر، في ضوء مبادئ وأحكام الاتفاقية، ولا سيما المادتين 3 و9.

182. The Committee recommends that the State party envisage undertaking a review of the system of juvenile justice in light of the principles and provisions of the Convention and of other United Nations standards in this field such as the Beijing Rules, the Riyadh Guidelines and the United Nations Rules for the Protection of Juveniles Deprived of their Liberty.
182- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بالنظر في مراجعة نظام قضاء الأحداث على ضوء مبادئ وأحكام الاتفاقية وغيرها من معايير الأمم المتحدة في هذا المجال، مثل قواعد بكين، ومبادئ الرياض التوجيهية، وقواعد الأمم المتحدة لحماية الأحداث المحرومين من حريتهم.

The Committee strongly recommends that a solution be found to the concerns of the Committee for the situation of Albanian-speaking children in Kosovo, especially in the light of the principles and provisions of the Convention, including those of its article 3 relating to the best interests of the child.
٩٠٢ - وتوصي اللجنة بقوة، بإيجاد حل لما يساورها من قلق بشأن حالة اﻷطفال المتحدثين باللغة اﻷلبانية في كوسوفو، لا سيما على ضوء مبادئ وأحكام الاتفاقية، بما في ذلك أحكام مادتها ٣ المتعلقة بتحقيق المصالح الفضلى للطفل.

107. The Committee strongly recommends that a solution be found to the concerns of the Committee for the situation of Albanian-speaking children in Kosovo, especially in the light of the principles and provisions of the Convention, including those of its article 3 relating to the best interests of the child.
