8-4 وفي ضوء هذا الاستنتاج وتأكيد صاحبة البلاغ ذاتها على أن ابنها قد حرص على الدفع ببراءته طوال التحقيق الممهد للمحاكمة وفي المحاكم (انظر الفقرة 2-14 أعلاه)، ولم يشهد، بالتالي، ضد نفسه أو يقرّ بالذنب، فإن اللجنة لا ترى ضرورة في النظر بصورة منفصلة في ادعاء صاحبة البلاغ بموجب الفقرة 3(ز) من العهد.

In light of this conclusion, the Committee considers that the author's allegations under article 14, paragraph 3 (b) and (d) are inadmissible as such.
