Ms. Lijnzaad (Netherlands) said that her delegation appreciated the general and descriptive character of the draft conclusions on subsequent agreements and subsequent practice in relation to the interpretation of treaties, which should be seen more as practical guidance on interpretation than as a prescriptive set of rules.
