1- دعت الجمعية العامة الدول الأعضاء، في قرارها 58/136 المؤرخ 22 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2003، إلى تزويد الأمين العام بمعلومات عن طبيعة الصلات بين الإرهاب وسائر أشكال الجريمة بغية زيادة التآزر في تقديم المساعدة التقنية.

11. Invites Member States to provide the Secretary-General with information on the nature of links between terrorism and other forms of crime in order to increase synergies in the delivery of technical assistance by the Centre, and requests the Secretary-General to include an analysis of such information in his report on the implementation of the present resolution;
11 - تدعو الدول الأعضاء إلى تزويد الأمين العام بمعلومات عن طبيعة الصلات بين الإرهاب وسائر أشكال الجريمة، بغية زيادة التآزر في تقديم المساعدة التقنية من جانب المركز ، وتطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يضمن تقريره عن تنفيذ هذا القرار دراسة تحليلية لتلك المعلومات؛

11. III. The nature of the links between terrorism and other forms of crime
ثالثا- طبيعة الصلات بين الإرهاب والأشكال الأخرى للجريمة

8. By a note verbale dated 30 September 2003 and a follow-up note dated 29 December 2003, the Secretariat, pursuant to General Assembly resolution 58/136, requested information from Member States on the nature of links between terrorism and other forms of crime.
8- طلبت الأمانة من الدول الأعضاء وفقا لقرار الجمعية العامة 58/136 تقديم معلومات عن طبيعة الصلات بين الإرهاب والأشكال الأخرى للجريمة، وذلك في المذكرة الشفوية المؤرخة 30 أيلول/سبتمبر 2003، ومذكرة المتابعة المؤرّخة 29 كانون الأول/ ديسمبر 2003.

11. Other States found it difficult to comment on the existence of links between terrorism and other forms of crime, since they had not faced terrorist activities within their territories in recent years.
11- وواجهت دول أخرى صعوبات في التعليق على الصلات بين الإرهاب والأشكال الأخرى للجريمة لأنها لم تواجه أنشطة إرهابية على أراضيها في الأعوام الأخيرة.

Requests the Secretariat to take into account any existing links between terrorism and other forms of crime and to pursue an integrated, comprehensive approach in the delivery of technical assistance, emphasizing the transversal relevance of international cooperation.
يطلب إلى الأمانة العامة أن تأخذ في الحسبان الصلات القائمة بين الإرهاب وسائر أشكال الإجرام وأن تتّبع نهجا متكاملا شاملا في تقديم المساعدة التقنية، يشدد على الأهمية المتشعبة التي يكتسيها التعاون الدولي.
