Lord Owen and Mr. Stoltenberg followed up by visiting Belgrade, Podgorica and Zagreb from 4 to 6 September.

2. Despite the efforts of the Co-Chairmen of the Steering Committee of the International Conference on the Former Yugoslavia in recent weeks and, in particular, the intensive round of talks conducted by Lord Owen from 21 to 25 April 1993, the Bosnian Serbs have not signed the Peace Plan.

14. On 26 August, Ambassador Masset, Lord Owen's Deputy, travelled to Pristina to meet with the local Serbian authorities and with representatives of the Albanians.
١٤ - وفي ٢٦ آب/اغسطس، سافر السفير ماسيه، نائب اللورد أوين الى بريستينا للاجتماع بالسلطات الصربية المحلية وممثلي اﻷلبانيين.

Lord Owen then met with President Slobodan Milosevic, particularly concentrating on the issue of the map and the northern corridor.
