1. Definition of the low persistent organic pollutant content referred to in article 6, paragraph 1 (d) (ii) (cf. article 6.2 (c))

To work to establish, as appropriate, the concentration levels in order to define for those chemicals the low persistent organic pollutant content referred to in paragraph 1 (d) (ii) of Article 6 of the Convention;
العمل، حسب الاقتضاء، لتحديد مستويات التركيز لكي يتسنى، بالنسبة لتلك المواد الكيميائية، تحديد المحتوى المنخفض للملوثات العضوية الثابتة المشار إليه في الفقرة 1 (د) ' 2` من المادة 6 من الاتفاقية؛

(b) Suggestions for a methodology for defining low persistent organic pollutant content on a more scientifically sound basis for possible later revision of the provisional definitions referred to in subparagraph 4 (a) above;

Because of the complexity of the task of defining low persistent organic pollutant content, its was proposed:

It was clarified that " low persistent organic pollutant content " refers to the input into a waste management facility.
وقد تم إيضاح أن " المحتوى المنخفض من الملوثات العضوية الثابتة " إنما يقصد به ما يتم إدخاله إلى مرفق إدارة النفايات.

(c) To work to establish, as appropriate, the concentration levels of the chemical in order to define the low persistent organic pollutant content referred to in paragraph 1 (d) (ii) of Article 6 of the Convention;

(b) Consideration of further guidance on other disposal methods when the persistent organic pollutant content is beneath the low persistent organic pollutant content in areas where there may be a high risk for human health and the environment, inter alia, through the food chain and for the soil;
(ب) النظر في المزيد من التوجيهات بشأن طرق التخلص الأخرى عندما يكون محتوى الملوثات العضوية الثابتة أقل من المحتوى المنخفض للملوثات العضوية الثابتة في المجالات عالية الخطورة على صحة البشر والبيئة، في جملة أمور من خلال سلسلة الغذاء والتربة؛

(a) Consideration of further guidance on other disposal methods when persistent organic pollutant content is less than low persistent organic pollutant content in areas where there may be a high risk for human health and the environment through, among other means, the food chain and the soil;
(أ) النظر في إصدار توجيه آخر بشأن طرق التخلص الأخرى عندما يكون محتوى الملوثات العضوية الثابتة أقل من المحتوى المنخفض للملوثات العضوية الثابتة في المناطق التي يمكن أن تشكل فيها تلك النفايات درجة خطورة عالية على الصحة البشرية وعلى البيئة، بواسطة السلسلة الغذائية، في جملة وسائل أخرى، وكذلك على التربة؛

(b) Consideration of further guidance on other disposal methods when persistent organic pollutant content is less than low persistent organic pollutant content in areas where there may be a high risk for human health and the environment, among other things, through the food chain and for the soil;
(ب) النظر في إصدار توجيه آخر بشأن طرق التخلص الأخرى عندما يكون محتوى الملوثات العضوية الثابتة أقل من المحتوى المنخفض للملوثات العضوية الثابتة في المجالات التي يمكن أن تشكل فيها تلك النفايات درجة خطورة عالية على الصحة البشرية وعلى البيئة، من خلال عدة مسارات من بينها السلسلة الغذائية وكذلك على التربة؛

(a) Further guidance, in the general technical guidelines on the environmentally sound management of persistent organic pollutant wastes, on other disposal methods when persistent organic pollutant content is less than low persistent organic pollutant content in areas where there may be a high risk for human health and the environment through, among other means, the food chain and the soil;
(أ) توجيهات أخرى ضمن المبادئ التوجيهية التقنية بشأن الإدارة السليمة بيئياً لنفايات الملوثات العضوية الثابتة وطرق التخلص الأخرى عندما يكون محتوى الملوثات العضوية الثابتة أقل من المحتوى المنخفض للملوثات العضوية الثابتة في المناطق التي يمكن أن تشكل فيها تلك النفايات خطورة عالية على الصحة البشرية وعلى البيئة، من خلال جملة وسائل أخرى، منها السلسلة الغذائية والتربة،

The article bans disposal operations that lead to recovery, recycling, reclamation, direct use or alternative use of POPs material if they are above the low persistent organic pollutant content referred to in paragraph 1(d)(ii) to be established by joint work with the Basel Convention Conference of the Parties.
وتفرض هذه المادة حظراً على عمليات التخلص التي تؤدي إلى استرجاع مواد الملوثات العضوية الثابتة، أو إعادة تدويرها أو إصلاحها أو استخدامها المباشر أو البديل إذا كان مستوى تركيزها أعلى من المحتوى المنخفض للملوثات العضوية الثابتة المشار إليه في الفقرة 1 (د) ' 2`، والذي سيتم تحديده عن طريق العمل المشترك مع مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية بازل.

Takes note of the following concentration levels to define low persistent organic pollutant content indicated at the ninth meeting of the Open-ended Working Group and invites parties and others to provide comments on the levels to the Secretariat by 31 October 2014:
4- يُحيط علماً بمستويات التركيز التالية لتحديد المحتوى المنخفض من الملوثات العضوية الثابتة المشار إليه في الاجتماع التاسع للفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية ويدعو الأطراف وغيرها من الجهات إلى تقديم تعليقات للأمانة بشأن المستويات قبل 31 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2014:

" (c) Work to establish, as appropriate, the concentration levels of the chemicals listed in Annexes A, B and C in order to define the low persistent organic pollutant content referred to in paragraph 1 (d) (ii). "

(b) At the same time to initiate a process of preparing a methodology for an improved definition of low persistent organic pollutant content on a more scientifically sound basis.

(a) Provisional definitions for low persistent organic pollutant content (with reference to subparagraph 2 (c) of article 6 of the Stockholm Convention) for each persistent organic pollutant;
(أ) تعريفات مؤقتة للمحتوى المنخفض للملوثات العضوية الثابتة (بالإشارة إلى الفقرة الفرعية 2 (ج) من المادة 6 من اتفاقية استكهولم) وذلك لكل ملوث من الملوثات العضوية الثابتة؛

The provisional definitions of low persistent organic pollutant content set out in section III A of the above general technical guidelines;

One further suggestion was that definitions of low persistent organic pollutant content which were politically acceptable might be set on the understanding that they would be interim values subject to change when solid technical grounds for revising them were produced.
