3. The recommendations of the Commission shall be submitted in writing to the coastal State which made the submission and to the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
٣ - تقدم توصيات اللجنة كتابيا إلى الدولة الساحلية التي قدمت الطلب إلى اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة.

2. The record shall contain the date of receipt of the submission, a list of attachments and annexes thereto and the date of entry into force of the Convention for the coastal State which made the submission.
٢ - يتضمن التسجيل تاريخ استلام الطلب وقائمة بملحقاته ومرفقاته، وتاريخ بدء نفاذ الاتفاقية بالنسبة إلى الدولة الساحلية التي قدمت الطلب.

In accordance with article 6, paragraph 3, of Annex II to the Convention, the recommendations of the Commission on matters related to the establishment of the outer limits of the continental shelf shall be submitted in writing to the coastal State which made the submission and to the Secretary-General.
١ - وفقا للفقرة ٣ من المادة ٦ من المرفق الثاني للاتفاقية، تقدم توصيات اللجنة بشأن المسائل المتعلقة بتحديد الحدود الخارجية للجرف القاري، كتابيا إلى الدولة الساحلية التي قدمت الطلب وإلى اﻷمين العام.
