States should ensure the enjoyment and protection of the fundamental rights of migrants and should punish manifestations and acts of racism, racial discrimination and xenophobia targeting migrants in accordance with their commitments under the various international human rights instruments; the positive contributions made by migrants should also be publicized.
وعلى الدول أن تكفل تمتع المهاجرين بالحقوق الأساسية وحمايتها، وأن تقضي على مظاهر وأعمال العنصرية والتمييز العنصري والكراهية التي يتعرضون لها، وفاء منها بالتزاماتها بموجب مختلف الصكوك الدولية لحقوق الإنسان. وبالمثل فإن المساهمات الإيجابية للمهاجرين يجب أن تُبرز.

The General Assembly strongly condemned all manifestations and acts of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance and deplored the use of print, audio-visual and electronic media to incite acts of violence, xenophobia and discrimination against any religion, as well as the targeting of religious symbols.

6- تطبق الدول الأطراف القوانين القائمة وتعززها بغية مكافحة ومنع الإفلات من العقاب على جميع مظاهر وأعمال العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكراهية الأجانب وما يتعلق بذلك من تعصب ضد الأقليات القومية أو الإثنية، والديتية واللغوية، والمهاجرين والقوالب النمطية المطبقة عليهم، ولا سيما على أساس الدين أو المعتقد.

In terms of combating manifestations and acts of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and intolerance, Morocco undertook an exercise in harmonizing its domestic legislation with international conventions, including the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women and the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography.
70 - وفيما يتعلق بمكافحة مظاهر وأعمال العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكراهية الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب، فقد قام المغرب بمواءمة تشريعاته الوطنية مع الاتفاقيات الدولية مثل اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة، والبروتوكول الاختياري لاتفاقية حقوق الطفل بشأن بيع الأطفال واستغلالهم في البغاء وفي إنتاج المواد الإباحية.
