Following the resignation from the Committee of Mr. Gopal Krishna Pandey (India), Mr. Mario Yarto (Mexico) and Mr. Gamini Manuweera (Sri Lanka), Mr. Hota, Ms. Cedillo Becerril and Ms. Marasinghe had been designated by the Governments of India, Mexico and Sri Lanka, respectively, as members in their place, subject to confirmation of their appointment by the Conference of the Parties at its next meeting.
