In that instrument of ratification, acceptance or approval, such organization shall declare the extent of its competence with respect to the matters governed by this Convention.
وتعلن تلك المنظمة في صك تصديقها أو قبولها أو إقرارها نطاق اختصاصها فيما يتعلق بالمسائل التي تحكمها هذه الاتفاقية.

At the time of its accession, a regional economic integration organization shall declare the extent of its competence with respect to matters governed by this Convention.
وتعلن المنظمة الإقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي، وقت انضمامها، نطاق اختصاصها فيما يتعلق بالمسائل التي تحكمها هذه الاتفاقية.

The regional economic integration organization shall in that case have the rights and obligations of a Contracting State, to the extent that that organization has competence over matters governed by this Convention.
ويكون لمنظمة التكامل الاقتصادي الإقليمية في تلك الحالة ما للدولة المتعاقدة من حقوق وعليها ما على تلك الدولة من واجبات، ما دام لتلك المنظمة اختصاص في مسائل تحكمها هذه الاتفاقية.

The Regional Economic Integration Organization shall, at the time of signature, ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, make a declaration to the Depositary specifying the matters governed by this Convention in respect of which competence has been transferred to that Organization by its Member States.
" 2- تُوجّه منظمة التكامل الاقتصادي الإقليمية إلى الوديع، وقت التوقيع أو التصديق أو القبول أو الإقرار أو الانضمام، إعلانا تحدّد فيه المسائل التي تحكمها هذه الاتفاقية والتي أُحيل الاختصاص بشأنها إلى تلك المنظمة من جانب الدول الأعضاء فيها.

" 2. Questions concerning matters governed by this Convention which are not expressly settled in it are to be settled in conformity with the general principles on which it is based or, in the absence of such principles, in conformity with the law applicable by virtue of the rules of private international law. "
" 2- المسائل المتعلقة بالأمور التي تحكمها هذه الاتفاقية ولكن لا تحسمها بوضوح تسوّى وفقا للمبادئ العامة التي تقوم عليها، أو وفقا للقانون المنطبق بمقتضى قواعد القانون الدولي الخاص في حال عدم وجود مثل تلك المبادئ. "

3. In its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, a regional economic integration organization shall declare the extent of its competence in respect of the matters governed by this Convention.
3 - تُعلن أي منظمة إقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي في صك تصديقها على الاتفاقية أو قبولها أو الموافقة عليها أو الانضمام إليها مدى اختصاصها بالمسائل التي تنظمها هذه الاتفاقية.

Such organizations shall declare, in their instruments of formal confirmation or accession, the extent of their competence with respect to matters governed by this Convention.
وتعلن تلك المنظمات، في صكوك إقرارها الرسمي أو انضمامها، نطاق اختصاصها فيما يتعلق بالمسائل التي تحكمها هذه الاتفاقية.

In that instrument of ratification, acceptance or approval, such organization shall declare the extent of its competence with respect to the matters governed by this Convention.
وتعلن تلك المنظمة في صك تصديقها أو قبولها أو إقرارها عن نطاق اختصاصها فيما يتعلق بالمسائل التي تحكمها هذه الاتفاقية.

3 - تُعلن أي منظمة إقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي في صكوك تصديقها أو قبولها أو إقرارها أو انضمامها مدى اختصاصها بالمسائل التي تنظمها هذه الاتفاقية.

Questions concerning matters governed by this Convention which are not expressly settled in it are to be settled in conformity with the general principles on which it is based or, in the absence of such principles, in conformity with the law applicable [by virtue of the rules of private international law]. "
" 2- تسوّى المسائل المتعلقة بالأمور التي تنظمها هذه الاتفاقية والتي لا تحسم صراحة فيها وفقا للمبادئ العامة التي تقوم عليها أو، في حالة عدم وجود مثل هذه المبادئ، وفقا للقانون المنطبق [بمقتضى قواعد القانون الدولي الخاص]. "

“(1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this article, this Convention prevails over any international convention [or other multilateral or bilateral agreement] which has been or may be entered into by a Contracting State and which contains provisions concerning the matters governed by this Convention.
" )١( باستثناء ما تنص عليه الفقرة )٢( من هذه المادة ، تعلو هذه الاتفاقية على أي اتفاقية دولية ]أو أي اتفاق آخر ثنائي أو متعدد اﻷطراف[ تكون الدولة المتعاقدة قد انضمت اليها أو قد تنضم اليها وتشتمل على أحكام بشأن أمور تنظمها هذه الاتفاقية .
