10. Based on the submissions received from various stakeholders and following numerous consultations, the Special Rapporteur considers, henceforth, the main determinants of access to medicines in the context of the right to health.
10- واستناداً إلى المداخلات الواردة من شتى الجهات صاحبة المصلحة وفي أعقاب مشاورات عديدة، ينظر المقرر الخاص من الآن فصاعداً، في المحددات الرئيسية لإمكانية الحصول على الأدوية في سياق الحق في الصحة.

30. In its resolution 17/14, the Human Rights Council requested the Special Rapporteur on the right of everyone to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health to prepare a study on existing challenges with regard to access to medicines in the context of the right of everyone to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health, ways to overcome them and good practices.
30- وطلب المجلس، في قراره 17/14، إلى المقرر الخاص أن يُعدّ دراسة عن التحديات القائمة فيما يتعلق بالحصول على الأدوية في سياق حق كل إنسان في التمتع بأعلى مستوى ممكن من الصحة البدنية والعقلية، وطرق التغلب على تلك التحديات، والممارسات الجيدة في هذا الصدد.

Implementation of Human Rights Council resolution 26/28 entitled " The Social Forum " on the theme " Access to medicines in the context of the right of everyone to the enjoyment of the highest standard of physical and mental health, including best practices in this regard " .
2- تنفيذ قرار مجلس حقوق الإنسان 26/28 المعنون " المنتدى الاجتماعي " بشأن موضوع " الحصول على الأدوية في سياق حق كل إنسان في التمتع بأعلى مستوى ممكن من الصحة البدنية والعقلية، بما في ذلك الممارسات الفضلى في هذا الصدد " .

1. Takes note with appreciation of the study of the Special Rapporteur on the right of everyone to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health on existing challenges with regard to access to medicines in the context of that right, ways to overcome them and good practices;
1- يحيط علماً مع التقدير بالدراسة التي أعدها المقرر الخاص المعني بحق كل فرد في التمتع بأعلى مستوى ممكن من الصحة البدنية والعقلية بشأن التحديات القائمة فيما يتعلق بالحصول على الأدوية في سياق ذلك الحق، وسبل التغلب عليها والممارسات الجيدة()؛

8. Requests the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to make available the most recent and relevant United Nations reports and documents on access to medicines in the context of the right of everyone to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health as background documents for the dialogues and debates that will be held at the 2015 Social Forum;
8- يطلب إلى مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان أن تتيح الاطلاع على أحدث وأهم تقارير الأمم المتحدة ووثائقها المتعلقة بموضوع الحصول على الأدوية في سياق حق كل إنسان في التمتع بأعلى مستوى ممكن من الصحة البدنية والعقلية، بوصفها وثائق معلومات أساسية لازمة للحوارات والمناقشات التي ستُجرى في المحفل الاجتماعي لعام 2015؛

In its resolution 17/14, the Human Rights Council requested the Special Rapporteur on the right of everyone to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health to prepare a study on existing challenges and good practices with regard to access to medicines in the context of the right to health, ways to overcome them and good practices.
1- طلب مجلس حقوق الإنسان، في قراره 17/14، إلى المقرّر الخاص المعني بحقّ كل إنسان في التمتع بأعلى مستوى ممكن من الصحة البدنية والعقلية، أن يُعدَّ دراسة عن التحديات المطروحة والممارسات الجيدة فيما يتعلق بإمكانية الحصول على الأدوية في سياق الحق في الصحة، وسبل التغلب على تلك التحديات والممارسات الجيدة في هذا الصدّد.

1. The expert consultation on access to medicines as a fundamental component of the right to health was held on 11 October 2010, in Geneva, pursuant to Human Rights Council resolution 12/24 on access to medicines in the context of the right of everyone to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health.
1- عُقدت مشاورة الخبراء بشأن الحصول على الأدوية كعنصر أساسي من عناصر الحق في الصحة في 11 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2010 في جنيف عملاً بقرار مجلس حقوق الإنسان 12/24 المتعلق بالحصول على الأدوية في سياق حق كل فرد في التمتع بأعلى مستوى ممكن من الصحة البدنية والعقلية، وهو القرار الذي اعتُمد في 2 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2009.
