5 - يدعو الدول الأعضاء والأجهزة المعنية التابعة لمنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي إلى الإسراع بتقديم المساعدات المطلوبة والمقررة لمساعدة السلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية والشعب الفلسطيني في بناء اقتصاده الوطني والعمل على دعم مؤسساته الوطنية .
