26 - تحيط علما بقرار لجنة المخدرات 54/10 المؤرخ 25 آذار/مارس 2011(13) بشأن توصيات الفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي الدائم المفتوح باب العضوية المعني بتحسين حوكمة مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة ووضعه المالي، وتشجع الدول الأعضاء والمكتب على مواصلة النظر في المسائل التي تندرج ضمن ولاية الفريق العامل بطريقة عملية تركز على النتائج وتتسم بالكفاءة والطابع التعاوني؛

We continue to assure Member States and the Office of Internal Oversight Services that, short of an outright merger of the two Departments, a minimal amount of duplication and overlap is required to ensure the smooth transition of lead responsibility when a conflict prevention situation breaks out into conflict, which then requires a peacekeeping approach.
ونواصل تأكيدنا للدول الأعضاء ومكتب خدمات الرقابة الداخلية بأنه ما دام لم يحدث إدماج مباشر للإدارتين فسوف يظل من المطلوب وجود حد أدنى من الازدواج والتداخل من أجل كفالة الانتقال السلس للمسؤولية الرئيسية عندما تتحول إحدى حالات منع الصراعات إلى إندلاع صراع وتتطلب عندئذ اتباع نهج حفظ السلام.
