6. The Chairman proposed the following draft resolution for adoption by the Committee on the understanding that formal credentials of representatives of the Member States referred to in paragraph 5 of the present report would be communicated to the Secretary-General as soon as possible:
٦ - واقترح الرئيس مشروع القرار التالي لكي تعتمده اللجنة على أن تحال وثائق التفويض الرسمية لممثلي الدول اﻷعضاء المشار إليها في الفقرة ٥ من هذا التقرير إلى اﻷمين العام في أقرب فرصة ممكنة:

6. The Chairman proposed the following draft resolution for adoption by the Committee on the understanding that the formal credentials of representatives of the Member States referred to in paragraph 5 of the present report would be communicated to the Secretary-General as soon as possible:
٦ - واقترح الرئيس مشروع القرار التالي لكي تعتمده اللجنة على أساس أن وثائق التفويض الرسمية لممثلي الدول اﻷعضاء المشار إليها في الفقرة ٥ من هذا التقرير سوف ترسل إلى اﻷمين العام في أقرب وقت ممكن:

18. Since the adoption of the report, a number of Member States referred to in paragraph 58 had made the necessary minimum payments to avoid application of Article 19 of the Charter during the fifty-first session of the General Assembly.

8. The Chairman recommended that the Committee accept the credentials of the representatives of all Member States mentioned in the Secretary-General’s memorandum, on the understanding that formal credentials for representatives of the Member States referred to in paragraphs 6 and 7 of the present report would be communicated to the Secretary-General as soon as possible.
٨ - وأوصى الرئيس بأن تقبل اللجنة وثائق تفويض ممثلي جميع الدول اﻷعضاء المشار إليها في مذكرة اﻷمين العام، بشرط إرسال وثائق تفويض رسمية لممثلي الدول اﻷعضاء المشار إليها في الفقرتين ٦ و ٧ من هذا التقرير إلى اﻷمين العام في أقرب وقت ممكن.

7. The Chairman proposed that the Committee accept the credentials of the representatives of the Member States referred to in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Secretary-General's memorandum, on the understanding that formal credentials for representatives of the Member States referred to in paragraph 4 of the Secretary-General's memorandum would be communicated to the Secretary-General as soon as possible.
٧ - واقترح الرئيس أن تقبل اللجنة وثائق تفويض ممثلي الدول اﻷعضاء المشار إليها في الفقرتين ٣ و ٤ من مذكرة اﻷمين العام، على أن تحال وثائق التفويض الرسمية لممثلي الدول اﻷعضاء المشار إليها في الفقرة ٤ من المذكرة إلى اﻷمين العام في أقرب وقت ممكن.

6. The Chairman proposed that the Committee accept the credentials of representatives of the Member States referred to in paragraph 3 and 4 of the Secretary-General's memorandum on the understanding that formal credentials for representatives of the Member States referred to in paragraph 4 of the Secretary-General's memorandum would be communicated to the Secretary-General as soon as possible.
٦ - واقتـرح الرئيـس أن تقبـل اللجنة وثائق تفويض ممثلي الدول اﻷعضاء المشار إليها في الفقرتين ٣ و ٤ من مذكرة اﻷمين العام على أن ترسل وثائق التفويض الرسمية لممثلي الدول اﻷعضاء المشار إليها في الفقرة ٤ من تلك المذكرة الى اﻷمين العام في أقرب وقت ممكن.

9. The Chairman recommended that the Committee accept the credentials of the representatives of all Member States mentioned in the Secretary-General’s memorandum, on the understanding that formal credentials for representatives of the Member States referred to in paragraphs 6, 7 and 8 of the present report would be communicated to the Secretary-General as soon as possible.

٨ - وأوصى الرئيس اللجنة بقبول وثائق تفويض ممثلي جميع الدول اﻷعضاء المشار إليها في مذكرة اﻷمين العام، على أن ترسَل وثائق التفويض الرسمية لممثلي الدول اﻷعضاء المشار إليها في الفقرتين ٢ و ٣ من مذكرة اﻷمين العام، إلى اﻷمين العام في أقرب وقت ممكن.

6. The Chairman proposed that the Committee should accept the credentials of representatives of the Member States referred to in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Secretary-General's memorandum, on the understanding that formal credentials for representatives of the Member States referred to in paragraph 4 of the memorandum would be communicated to the Secretary-General as soon as possible.
٦ - واقترح الرئيس أن تقبل اللجنة وثائق تفويض ممثلي الدول اﻷعضاء المشار إليها في الفقرتين ٣ و ٤ من مذكرة اﻷمين العام، على أساس أن وثائق التفويض الرسمية لممثلي الدول اﻷعضاء المشار إليها في الفقرة ٤ من المذكرة ستحال إلى اﻷمين العام في أقرب وقت ممكن.

11. On the proposal of the Chairman, the Committee adopted the following draft resolution, on the understanding that formal credentials for representatives of the Member States referred to in paragraph 2 of the Secretary-General's memorandum (see para. 8 above) would be communicated to the Secretary-General as soon as possible:
١١ - بناء على اقتراح من الرئيس، اعتمدت اللجنة مشروع القرار التالي على أساس أن وثائق التفويض الرسمية لممثلي الدول اﻷعضاء المشار إليها في الفقرة ٢ من مذكرة اﻷمين العام )انظر الفقرة ٨ أعلاه( سترسل إلى اﻷمين العام في أقرب وقت ممكن:

" Taking into account the terms of adoption and the outcome of General Assembly resolution 49/249 of 20 July 1995, the proposed neutral ad hoc arrangement to place Belarus among the Member States referred to in paragraph 3 (c) of resolution 43/232 will have no negative financial implications for the United Nations membership.
" وإذا أخذ المرء في الاعتبار شروط اعتماد قرار الجمعية العامة ٤٩/٢٤٩ المؤرخ ٢٠ تموز/ يوليه ١٩٩٥ والنتائج المترتبة عليه فإن الترتيب المحايد المتخذ على أساس مخصص والقاضي بوضع بيلاروس ضمن الدول اﻷعضاء المشار إليها في الفقرة ٣ )ج( من القرار ٤٣/٢٣٢، لن تترتب عليه أية آثار مالية سلبية تتحملها الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة.

5. The Chairman proposed that the Committee should decide to accept the credentials of the representatives of the Member States referred to in paragraph 4.
