ويجوز إقالة الأعضاء الذين ينتخبهم الموظفون وذلك بأغلبية أصوات الموظفين في مركز العمل المنشأة فيه اللجنة، ويجري التصويت بمبادرة من أي هيئة ممثلة للموظفين في مركز العمل؛
