16. Under article 12, paragraph 2, of the statute, the members of the Appeals Chamber of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia shall also serve as the members of the Appeals Chamber of the International Tribunal for Rwanda.
١٦ - وبموجب الفقرة ٢ من المادة ١٢ من النظام اﻷساسي، يكون أعضاء دائرة الاستئناف بالمحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة هم أيضا أعضاء دائرة الاستئناف بالمحكمة الدولية لرواندا.
