4. Decides to extend the term of office of the following permanent judges at the International Tribunal, who are members of the Trial Chamber, until 31 December 2011 or until the completion of the cases to which they are assigned, if sooner:
4 - يقرر أن يمدد فترة عمل القضاة الدائمين العاملين في المحكمة الدولية التالية أسماؤهم، الذين هم أعضاء في الدائرة الابتدائية حتى 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2011، أو حتى الانتهاء من القضايا المكلفين بها أيهما أقرب:

On 29 June 2010, the Council adopted resolution 1932 (2010), extending the terms of the existing permanent and ad litem judges who are members of the Trial Chamber to the end of December 2011, and two permanent judges who are members of the Appeals Chamber to 31 December 2012, or until the completion of the cases to which they are assigned to, if sooner, to enable them to complete the work at hand.
واعتمد المجلس في 29 حزيران/ يونيه 2010 القرار 1932 (2010) الذي مدد بموجبه فترة عمل القضاة الدائمين والمخصصين الموجودين الذين هم أعضاء في الدائرة الابتدائية حتى نهاية كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2011، واثنين من القضاة الدائمين، وهما عضوان في دائرة الاستئناف، حتى 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2012، أو إلى حين الانتهاء من القضايا المكلفين بها، أيهما أقرب، لتمكينهما من الانتهاء من عملهما الجاري.

1. At least four members of the Trial Chamber must be present at each stage of the trial.
١ - يجب حضور أربعة من أعضاء الدائرة الابتدائية على اﻷقل في كل مرحلة من مراحل المحاكمة.

As regards paragraph 1, several delegations felt that the presence of all members of the Trial Chamber should be required throughout the proceedings.
١٨٥ - فيما يتعلق بالفقرة ١، رأت وفود عديدة أنه يشترط حضور جميع أعضاء الدائرة الابتدائية في سائر مراحل المحاكمة.

2. Unless otherwise decided by the Trial Chamber in the interests of justice, examination of witnesses shall commence with questions posed by the presiding judge, followed by questions posed by other members of the Trial Chamber, the Prosecutor and the Defence.
2 - ما لم تقرر الدائرة الابتدائية خلاف ذلك لمصلحة العدالة، يبدأ استجواب الشهود بأسئلة يطرحها القاضي الذي يرأس الجلسة، تعقبها أسئلة يطرحها أعضاء الدائرة الآخرين، والمدعي العام، والدفاع.

Until September 2011, the remaining Judges, three in addition to the President and Vice-President in the Appeals Chamber and all five members of the Trial Chamber, had not taken office, and thus were not receiving salaries and were being remunerated only for the exact time spent working on specific projects for the Special Tribunal.
أما القضاة الآخرون، وهم ثلاثة إضافة إلى الرئيس ونائب الرئيس في غرفة الاستئناف وأعضاء غرفة الدرجة الأولى الخمسة، فلم يتسلموا مهامهم حتى شهر أيلول/سبتمبر 2011، ولم يتلقوا راتبا إلا مقابل ما يقضونه من وقت للعمل في مشاريع محدّدة لصالح المحكمة.
