3. Article 16 of the Regulations of the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund sets out the statutory framework for termination of membership in the Fund:

302. The requirements for membership in the Fund are set out in article 3, paragraphs (b) and (c), of the Regulations, which provide that:
٣٠٢ - وشروط العضوية في الصندوق مبينة في الفقرتين )ب( و )ج( من المادة ٣ من النظام اﻷساسي، وفيما يلي نصهما:
