73. Mr. DIMOV (Bulgaria) said that his delegation supported the establishment of the Division for Micro-economic and Social Policy Analysis.
٧٣ - السيد ديموف )بلغاريا(: قال إن وفده يؤيد إنشاء شعبة تحليل سياسات الاقتصاد الجزئي والسياسات الاجتماعية.

While micro-economic analysis might be necessary in certain situations, such as that of countries with economies in transition, such temporary programmes, whose features depended on the peculiar circumstances of each case, did not justify the establishment of a permanent structure such as the Division for Micro-economic and Social Policy Analysis.

Mr. MIHAI (Romania) welcomed the initiative of the Secretary-General to establish the Division for Micro-economic and Social Policy Analysis and expressed his delegation's support for the programmes outlined in section 8, in particular subprogramme 5 as well as the Advisory Committee's recommendation in paragraph IV.20 of its report.
٦٦ - السيد ميهاي )رومانيا(: رحب بمبادرة اﻷمين العام الداعية إلى إنشاء شعبة تحليل سياسات الاقتصاد الجزئي والسياسات الاجتماعية وأعرب عن تأييد وفده للبرامج المشار إليها في الباب ٨، وبخاصة البرنامج الفرعي ٥ وتوصية اللجنة الاستشارية الواردة في الفقرة رابعا - ٢٠ من تقريرها.

70. Mr. TOYA (Japan) took note of the Advisory Committee's recommendation that the addition P-5 post which had been requested for activities related to the follow-up to the International Conference on Population and Development should be provided from the resources allocated through redeployment, while the four posts for the Division for Micro-economic and Social Policy Analysis would be additional.
٧٠ - السيد تويا )اليابان(: أحاط علما بتوصية اللجنة الاستشارية بتوفير الوظيفة الاضافية من الرتبة ف - ٥ المطلوبة للاضطلاع باﻷنشطة المتصلة بمتابعة المؤتمر الدولي للسكان والتنمية، من الموارد المخصصة عن طريق إعادة توزيع الموظفين، وأن الوظائف اﻷربعة لشعبة تحليل سياسات الاقتصاد الجزئي والسياسات الاجتماعية ستكون إضافية.
