By the preamble, the General Assembly would bear in mind all initiatives taken by the Mediterranean countries with a view to consolidating peace, security and cooperation in the Mediterranean region.
وتضع الجمعيــــة العامـــة في اعتبارها جميع المبادرات التي اتخذتها بلدان البحر اﻷبيض المتوسط بغرض تعزيز السلم، واﻷمن والتعاون في منطقة البحر اﻷبيض المتوسط.

Bearing in mind all the previous declarations and commitments, as well as all the initiatives taken by the riparian countries at the recent summits, ministerial meetings and various forums concerning the question of the Mediterranean region,
وإذ تضع في اعتبارها جميع الإعلانات والالتزامات السابقة وجميع المبادرات التي اتخذتها بلدان حوض البحر الأبيض المتوسط في مؤتمرات القمة والاجتماعات الوزارية ومختلف المنتديات التي عقدت مؤخرا بشأن مسألة منطقة البحر الأبيض المتوسط،

7. Urges all States to refrain from taking measures which encourage the resurgence of a new arms race, bearing in mind all the resulting predictable consequences for global peace and security, for development and for the full realization of all human rights;
7- تحثّ جميع الدول على الامتناع عن اتخاذ تدابير تشجع تجدد ظهور سباق تسلح جديد، واضعة في اعتبارها كل ما يُتوقَّع أن ينتج عن ذلك من آثار على السلم والأمن العالميين، وعلى التنمية والإعمال الكامل لجميع حقوق الإنسان؛

Bearing in mind all relevant declarations and resolutions adopted by the Islamic Summit and Foreign Ministers Conferences;
وإذ يضع في الحسبان جميع البيانات والقرارات ذات الصلة الصادرة عن دورات مؤتمر القمة الإسلامي والمؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الخارجية،
