After amending the Ministerial Ordinance that stipulates the criteria for granting landing permission to applicants applying for the status of Entertainer in 2005 and 2006, the Immigration Bureau of the Ministry of Justice promoted a stricter application of the advance passenger information system and the landing examination procedures as compared to previous years.
وبعد تعديل المرسوم الوزاري الذي ينص على معايير منح تصريح دخول البلد لمقدمي طلبات الحصول على الوضع القانوني لفنان ترفيهي في عامي 2005 و 2006، شجَّع مكتب الهجرة التابع لوزارة العدل تطبيق نظام للمعلومات المسبقة عن الركاب وإجراءات فحص دخول البلد بصورة أكثر صرامة بالمقارنة بالسنوات السابقة.

This Division was established pursuant to Ministerial Ordinance No. 65 of 1997 as part of the Children's Department at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour and is specially tasked with:
أنشئ هذا القسم في إطار وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل بموجب القرار الوزاري رقم 65 لسنة 1997 ويتبع إدارة الطفولة ويختص بالآتي:

- Ministerial Ordinance No. 29/82 concerning the rules and dates for literacy tests;
- القرار الوزاري 29/82 بشأن قواعد الاختبارات الدراسية الخاصة بمحو الأمية ومواعيدها.

- Ministerial Ordinance No. 20/82 concerning acceptable justifications for failure to attend literacy classes;
- القرار الوزاري رقم 20/82 بشأن الأعذار المقبولة في حالة الغياب عن فصول محو الأمية.

- Ministerial Ordinance No. 32/82 concerning the rules and procedures for determining the academic standard of those who can read and write but who have not obtained a certificate of literacy.
- القرار الوزاري رقم 32/82 بشأن قواعد وإجراءات تحديد المستوى العلمي لمن يقرأ ويكتب ولم يحصل على شهادة محو الأمية.

Ministerial Ordinance No. 156 of 1972, promulgated pursuant to the above-mentioned article, specified the conditions that must be met in regard to the construction and furnishing of day nurseries.
وصدر القرار الوزاري رقم ٦٥١ لعام ٢٧٩١ المنفذ للمادة المشار إليها أعلاه متضمناً الشروط التي يجب توافرها في دار الحضانة من حيث البناء واﻷثاث.

27. Ministerial Ordinance No. 321 of 31 March 1979 promulgated by the Minister of the Interior.
٧٢- القرار الوزاري الصادر عن وزير الداخلية رقم ١٢٣ تاريخ ١٣/٣/٩٧٩١

(a) Ministerial Ordinance No. 691 of 7 March 1998 amending the rules and regulations relating to the treatment and living conditions of prisoners, including the following:
(أ) إصدار القرار الوزاري رقم 691 في 7 آذار/مارس 1998 بتعديل أحكام وقواعد معاملة المسجونين ومعيشتهم متضمناً ما يلي:

(b) Ministerial Ordinance No. 18 forming a council to oversee the care of orphans under the kafalah system and care for widows, also issued by the Minister of Planning;
(ب) القرار الوزاري رقم 18 القاضي بتكوين مجلس كفالة اليتيم والسعي على الأرملة والذي أصدره أيضاً وزير التخطيط الاجتماعي؛

Ministerial Ordinance No. 204/8 of 1995 stipulates that persons applying for the marriage grant must first undergo a medical examination and obtain a certificate attesting that they are free from contagious diseases. The purpose of this stipulation is, inter alia:
85- نص القرار الوزاري رقم 204/8 لعام 1995 على اشتراط الفحص الطبي المسبق لطالب منحة الزواج وحصوله على شهادة تفيد خلوه من الأمراض المعدية ويهدف هذا الإجراء لتحقيق عدة أغراض من أهمها:

- Ministerial Ordinance No. 31/82, which defines an illiterate person as anyone over the age of 14 who has not attained a level of reading and writing equivalent to that achieved by the end of the fourth primary class and who is not attending primary school;
- القرار الوزاري رقم 31/82 الذي أورد تعريفا للأمي وهو أنه كل من تجاوز سن الرابعة عشرة ولم يصل في تعليمه إلى مستوى يعادل نهاية الصف الرابع الابتدائي في القراءة والحساب، وليس ملحقا بالمدارس الابتدائية.

In addition, private schools are subject to supervision by the Ministry of Education, which established a Department of Private Education pursuant to Ministerial Ordinance No. 322, promulgated on 1 September 1973.
هذا وتخضع المدارس الأهلية لإشراف وزارة التربية التي أنشأت إدارة التعليم الخاص وذلك بموجب القرار الوزاري رقم 322 الصادر بتاريخ 1 أيلول/سبتمبر 1973.

These institutions are specified in Ministerial Ordinance No. 58 of 1985, as follows:
وهذه المؤسسات حدد القرار الوزاري رقم (58) لسنة 1985 أنها ما يلي:

22. Ministerial Ordinance No. 415 of 26 August 1959, promulgated by the Minister for Social Affairs and Labour, specifying occupations in which young persons under 15 years of age cannot be employed.
22- القرار الوزاري الصادر عن وزير الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل رقم 415 بتاريخ 26/8/1959 بتحديد الأعمال التي لا يجوز فيها تشغيل الأحداث الذين تقل أعمارهم عن 15 سنة.

The Ministerial Ordinance defining the institutions that comprise the commission was partially amended in 2005 by Ordinances 495 and 565. (See Annexes III).
- ويحدد الأمر الوزاري المنشئ للجنة الوطنية الاستشارية المؤسسات التي تضمها هذه اللجنة. وقد عُدّل هذا الأمر جزئيا في عام 2005 بالأمرين رقم 495 و 565 لعام 2005.

Although the 1996 Ministerial Ordinance eased off considerably restrictions on women seeking access to many jobs previously regarded as harmful to their health, it did not waive the " protective " approach to the work of women.

As a result of the amendments to the Ministerial Ordinance that stipulates the criteria for granting landing permission to applicants applying for the status of Entertainer that came into effect in 2005 and 2006, the number of Entertainer visas issued has been decreasing.
ونتيجة للتعديلات التي أُدخلت على المرسوم الوزاري الذي ينص على المعايير المتعلقة بمنح تصاريح دخول البلد لمقدمي طلبات الحصول على الوضع القانوني لفنان الترفيه التي دخلت حيز النفاذ في عامي 2005 و 2006، أخذ عدد تأشيرات فناني الترفيه يتناقص.

175. The amendment of the Ministerial Ordinance that stipulates the criteria for granting landing permission to applicants for the status of residence of Entertainer (hereinafter referred to as `the Ordinance on the Criteria') was enforced on 15 March 2005.
175 - إن تعديل المرسوم الوزاري الذي ينص على معايير لمنح الإذن بدخول البلد لطالبي الإقامة للترفيه (ويشار إليه فيما بعد باسم " مرسوم المعايير " ) قد بدأ سريانه في 15 آذار/مارس 2005.
